Bluebell VIII is for sale on her rarely available, and fully transferrable, residential mooring at our fabulous Limehouse marina.
Owned for a number of years by her current owner who has now moved on land due to his growing family. With newly repainted top sides and virtually new cockpit and cratch canopies, Bluebell VIII is very well presented. Designed and built by Barry Jenkins Boat Builders, she is an extremely attractive and well proportioned boat. She also enjoys very useable foredeck and rear deck outdoor areas from which to enjoy the wonderful Limehouse marina views.
With her her solar panels, she is also an extremely capable canal cruising boat and, thanks to her unusually large BMC 2.5 litre diesel engine, equally at home travelling on the Thames making her Limehouse mooring ideal with immediate access to both water systems.
Entering from the stern with its comfortable seating area, a short flight of steps takes you below and into her galley/kitchen which is fitted with cooker and fridge (with inbuilt freezer compartment). A stove also powers the radiator and the current owner has installed a large double bed in front of the kitchen leading onto a bathroom area comprising of a shower, basin and cassette toilet.
Further forward is a carpeted saloon/living area and it would be straightforward to convert this area into the bedroom and make the existing bedroom into a larger saloon, open plan with the kitchen, if required.
Bluebell VIII is an great opportunity to secure a residential mooring at Limehouse marina and she can be moved on board immediately.
