Aquavista London are delighted to offer for sale this unique, very high spec, BRAND NEW, widebeam!
A wonderful Pintail Boats hull, fitted out by Forton Boat Fitters. These small scale, high end, Lancashire builders collaborate to create very limited numbers of bespoke, high end boats for their discerning clients.
Samphire has been designed and built to an exacting and very intelligent brief: to offer exceptional cruising performance, manoeuvrability, comfort and interior design and take advantage of the Aquavista Leisure 3 Mooring maximum dimensions.
Fitted with an upgraded premium Beta 50HP engine and Vertus bow thruster, she is more than capable of pushing the tide, enabling her future owner to navigate the full length of the Thames. Easily cruised single handed, or with friends and family Samphire is also designed to ensure comfortable out-door living, with very ample seating and entertaining space on deck.
The bespoke. hand made kitchen makes full advantage of the available space and is finished with a fabulous Westmoreland slate worktop. Her top of the range appliances are compact to ensure minimal power consumption and include a gas cooker/grill, hob and low volt fridge freezer. Amtico white ash flooring throughout and black powder coated windows and portholes by Caudwells add to the contemporary and luxurious ambience.
Unusually, Samphire is being sold complete with her carefully selected furniture including a white, fully folding Ercol table with contrasting Narin black folding chairs and a Willow & Hall sofa bed with upgraded mattress and scotch guard. The ultra-thin Samsung TV and sound bar have been carefully selected to ensure the highest sound quality in the open plan living area and Samphire is fully wired for wifi capability with an ariel connected to a router from the bedroom.
Samphire also benefits from a Charnwood multi fuel stove surrounded by slate matching the galley worktops. Such thoughtful interior design extends to matching Lusso Stone taps, shower head and hangers in her super spacious bathroom which coordinate with the Lusso stone mixer taps in the galley.
The light, spacious, bedroom benefits from a king size bed with integrated side shelfs and great storage both under the bed and in the fitted wardrobes.
The toilet is a compact top of the range electric flush and Samphire also benefits from high capacity water, waste and fuel tanks to minimise the requirement for frequent emptying/filling.
Samphire is centrally heated via the diesel power system benefiting from a 55 LT hot water tank. Extremely economical, on full power, the heater consumes about 500ML of fuel an hour. Similarly, the powerful 50HP engine consumes just 2-3lt/hour whilst cruising.
Samphiire is sold on her mooring at Aquavista's prestigious Limehouse Marina. Annual mooring fees are presently £8600 PA. Due to her beam being below the 3M limit, there is no surcharge for her being a wide beam. The boat also benefits from a 5 year mooring contract, this provides the future owner the ability to sell the boat at a reduced brokerage fee of 25% and enables any future purchaser a discount of transfer fees of 1.25% resulting in the a transfer fee of 6.25% instead of the normal 7.5%, there is also a cap of no more than 1% increase on RPI.
Samphire represents a unique opportunity to own a highly luxurious, navigable, low maintenance (and brand new!) boat in central London. Viewing is strongly recommended at the earliest opportunity.
