Charlie C - £50,000
Charlie C is a 40ft long x 6ft 10in wide narrowboat built by Triton Boats in 2013. She is fitted with a BMC diesel inboard engine and has 4 berths.
Extremely well equipped and fitted out to a high standard, Charlie C is offered for sale with a fully transferable residential mooring at Aquavista's Poplar Marina next to Canary Wharf.
Going onboard from the bow, which offers ample outdoor seating in all weather's thanks to the fitted cratch cover, one enters her light and spacious saloon. Her saloon seating and table easily convert into a comfortable double bed for guests (see pictures).
Heating throughout is by radiators powered by a diesel fuelled Webasto system (renewed in 2020) and a smart solid fuel stove is installed in the saloon. A Nest thermostat is installed so the central heating can be controlled remotely via the Nest app.
Her galley is particularly well equipped with a four burner gas hob, oven and grill, plus fridge with freezer compartment and the owner is leaving on board a super Krupps Nespresso machine!! The galley has excellent storage and worktop space.
As with all areas of the boat, her bathroom is extremely well fitted out with shower, wash basin and cassette toilet. The double bedroom is at the stern with easy access to steps leading to the helming position.
She has been very conscientiously maintained and comes with two large history files of receipts and operating manuals. Her current owner is now relocating abroad and has priced her very sensibly.
Viewing is strongly recommended to fully appreciate the quality fit out of this very smart boat and she is ready to move on board immediately.
