Hebejeebee - £48,000
Hebejeebee is a 45ft long x 6ft 10in wide narrowboat built by Evesham Boat Builders in 1985. She is fitted with a BMC 1800 diesel inboard engine and has 2 berths.
Hebejeebee is a charming and delightful narrowboat with a prized, fully transferable, residential mooring at Aquavista's prestigious Limehouse Marina.
Very well maintained, fully equipped and thoughtfully fitted out, she is ready to move onboard immediately and live aboard full time.
Her cruiser stern design provides an unusually large rear deck with great outdoor space to dine, relax or entertain. The rear deck area also benefits from a new tonneau cover.
Entering from the stern, her double bedroom is spacious and, in common with the rest of the boat, offers ample storage. Moving forward, her bathroom is complete shower, wash basin and Thetford cassette toilet.
Her open plan galley and saloon are welcoming, light and spacious. The galley is fully equipped with four burner gas hob, oven and grille plus fridge and stainless steel sink. A Villager Puffin solid fuel stove is installed in the saloon and the current owner has also fitted a desk for home working. At the front of the saloon is a sofa/guest bed. This area leads to twin bow doors accessing the delightful bow deck area with it's wonderful marina views.
Her current owner has maintained her correctly and her hull was professionally re blacked and had new anodes fitted in June 2022. At the same time she was also successfully surveyed by respected narrow boat surveyor, Mr Elliott Berry.
Her current owner is now relocating abroad and early viewings are recommended.
