Boat Overview

Piece of Cake was delivered as a lined shell in 2022. Due to a change in circumstance, the owner is unable to complete the build. High-quality materials have been purchased and are included in the sale. All wiring was installed by Collingwood as part of the build, including for an island countertop. Pipework for underfloor heating has also been laid below the stunning tiling that occupies the kitchen area.

Exterior Finish

High-quality external paint was used, comprising of 2 coats of primer, 2 coats of undercoat, and 3 coats of gloss.
