Xavier - £350,000
Xavier is a rare gem. Purchased by her current owners in 2021, she has been meticulously refitted and modernised without losing any of her charm or character.

Xavier is available on a full residential mooring, offered in 12-year cycles. The current cycle has eight years remaining; however, the marina has confirmed that Xavier's new owner can elect to 'top up' this period and purchase an extension back to 12 years. This would be separate from any transaction on Xavier and subject to negotiation with the marina.

Accommodations
Entering amidships, you step aboard into a large, fully enclosed cockpit with ample seating to entertain a large group of family and friends. This area has been electrically equipped, ensuring ample illumination well after sunset.
Using the entry hatch, we go below into the main living area. This open-plan space comprises a large galley, dining, and seating area, flooded with light from expansive windows on both the port and starboard sides and a spacious skylight above.
Galley
The galley has been thoughtfully designed, blending modern features with a rustic charm. The cabinetry and distressed wood countertop evoke the ambiance of a floating country cottage, while the high-quality integrated hob and oven complement the elegance of this vessel.
Accommodation Area 1
Continuing forward, we go down a short flight of steps to the first of two accommodation areas. As we move forward, we find a bathroom to starboard, featuring a freestanding roll-top bath, and opposite to port, a separate head. Yet again, both of these areas have been tastefully styled, with large decorative tile illustrations adorning the walls.
Forward of the facilities are two bedrooms: bedroom one, to port, and bedroom two, to starboard. Each of these bedrooms has been individually styled, each exuding its own distinct character.
Bathroom 2 / Utility Room
Returning aft, through the living space and galley, we go up another short flight of steps to arrive at a second bathroom and utility space. This area has a slightly more functional feel, yet the floor and walls remain adorned with elegantly selected tiles and wallpaper. In addition to the head and shower/hip bath, this space also houses a washer/dryer.
Accommodation Area 2 – The Captain’s Quarters
Continuing aft, and up another few steps, we enter the wheelhouse. Flooded with light (as expected for its location), it provides access to the decks on both sides. A large wheel and navigation equipment are central features; however, a spacious bench seat offers a cosy nook for enjoying a book.
Using the aft-most steps to continue aft, we enter a small corridor with a shower room and a separate head on either side. Moving forward, we arrive at a large, open-plan bedroom with an adjoining dining space. Walking through the bedroom, we reach a small kitchenette.
Airbnb Opportunity
The captain’s quarters have been designed for flexible use— either as part of the wider accommodation or secured in isolation for an Airbnb rental. The current owners have advised that they have been able to offset their mooring fees by renting this space out.
Technical Spaces
Directly aft of the galley (below bathroom 2/utility room), we can gain access to Xavier’s control room. Access is gained by lifting the gas-strut-aided hinged steps. Through this area, we find the ship’s battery bank, immersion tank, inverters, and more. This space offers standing headroom and spans across the full beam of the ship. It centralises all of the ship’s electrical components, including the solar control panel.
Engine Room
Accessed from the bow, we enter the engine room through a watertight hatch. At the bottom of the ladder, we find the ship’s engine and generator
