Little Owl is a characterful, charming narrow boat and deceptively spacious. Her current owners, both engineers, have lived aboard full time and have looked after her conscientiously. She was last out of the water for survey and blacking in 2021.
Despite her diminutive size, Little Owl offers spacious accommodation with a well equipped galley including gas cooker and hob plus fridge. Her open plan living area is a great space in which to relax, dine, entertain and work and she also has a front deck area with cratch cover from where her new owners will be able to enjoy fabulous views of our wonderful Poplar marina.
Viewing is strongly recommended to appreciate Little Owl's condition and her amazing marina location. Poplar marina is an extremely secure gated environment with daytime staff and night time security. Access to the marina and facilities (open 24 hours a day) including onshore leisure areas, post room, showers, toilets and laundry room is by security fob. Free onshore bicycle storage is provided along with optional residents car parking spaces.
Little Owl's new owner will enjoy super fast transport links being only a few minutes walk from Canary Wharf Jubilee line, DLR and, soon, Crossrail. Canary Wharf itself is literally on your doorstep with it's ever increasing range of bars, restaurants and cafés and for travel further afield, London City Airport is a short cab ride away.
