Titan is a 60ft long x 6ft 10in wide narrowboat built by Marque Narrowboats in 1999. She is fitted with a Beta Marine JD3 diesel inboard engine, in an engine room, and has 4 berths.
Titan is a much admired boat built on the elegant lines of the Fellows Morton & Clayton working boats, which has absolutely everything you expect to see in a traditional narrowboat. The riveted hull features a Joshua Tug Bow. The much sought after beautiful Beta Marine JD3 3 cylinder 30HP engine is housed in it's own engine room and there is the ubiquitous second stove in the boatman's cabin
She is well equipped with a full complement of cruising gear and many spare parts. She enjoys all the trappings normally found on a beautiful traditional boat including lace dressings, brass companion set, brass roof fittings, recessed cabin wall panels, pigeon box and of course numerous traditional painted Roses and Castles.
Titan has been well maintained by her proud owner and was due to be blacked in summer 2022, which had to be cancelled due to low water levels. This has therefore been re-booked for April 2023.
Early viewing is recommended to avoid missing out on a boat that will truly turn heads out on the waterways.
