This is a beautiful project boat. It does need some little bits of work done to make it homely but is perfectly habitable currently. The only reason I am letting it go is because I am physically unable to work on it anymore.

• Stripped back to riveted iron hull
• New steel cabin constructed with skylights and large side hatches on both sides
• Fully spray foam insulated interior
• New rounded chines fitted
• 2 pack epoxy resin hull blacking
• Phenolic ply floor and ply clad furnishing
• Installed basic electrical setup
• All major structural work completed, and built to last

It is essentially a blank canvas ready for the right owner to make into their dream home. There is plenty of timber and building materials onboard if interested.
