Year Built: 1936

This is a beautiful project boat. It does need some little bits of work done to make it homely but is perfectly habitable currently. The only reason I am letting it go is because I am physically unable to work on it anymore.
Work Completed During Ownership
- Stripped back to riveted iron hull
- New steel cabin constructed with skylights and large side hatches on both sides
- Fully spray foam insulated interior
- New rounded chines fitted
- 2 pack epoxy resin hull blacking
- Phenolic ply floor and ply clad furnishing
- Installed basic electrical setup
- All major structural work completed, and built to last
It is essentially a blank canvas ready for the right owner to make into their dream home. There is plenty of timber and building materials onboard if interested.
BSC: Still valid until 2026.
