She's a beautiful 42ft long 6ft x 10in narrowboat, built by John White, and fitted out by Wincham Wharf in 1996.

Accommodation

Pepper is a 4-berth semi trad stern with a traditional layout. From the stern, there is a permanent double bed, with the option to make a crossover bed for those nights you want a little extra space, along with ample wardrobe space.

In the middle of the boat, there is a cassette toilet and sink, which can also double up as a full width bathroom, featuring a separate shower. The shower can also be used without partitioning off the boat.

Galley Kitchen

The galley kitchen includes:

• Free standing 12V fridge
• Vanette oven, grill, and hob
• Single bowl sink and drainer

There is plenty of storage and shelves to accommodate the perfect little liveaboard or leisure boat.

Living Area

The living area has ample seating with an ‘L’ shape sofa, which conveniently converts into an additional double bed when needed. It also features a fold away dining table, TV, and stove for those cozy evenings.

• Victron 1600W multi plus inverter (new in Dec 2017)

Heating is provided by a solid fuel stove and calorifier, while benefiting from polystyrene insulation.

Maintenance and Documentation

Pepper has been well looked after and comes with folders of paperwork, manuals, and invoices. The last blacking was done in Dec 2021, and the BSC is valid until Nov 2025. The boat has been serviced every year.

Pepper is a very reluctant sale due to owner health but is looking for her next owners to love her as much as the current owner does.
