As Marketing Manager, you’ll not only make a meaningful contribution to the future success of Aquavista but will also explore a breadth of marketing skills across the marketing mix – with a focus on digital marketing to drive mooring enquiries for our marinas.

You will be a confident, commercially minded marketing manager with hands on experience of managing simultaneous projects from concept to delivery.
Being results orientated, you’ll have solid knowledge of evaluation techniques, specifically with a history of success with digital, social, email and CRM projects, and be as comfortable and motivated working independently as well as part of a team.
Working with the Head of Brand & Marketing, you’ll create and deliver the marketing plan which:
- Supports the achievement of sales goals across all products (moorings, boat sales, floating homes and retail sales)
- Meets all revenue, occupancy and EBITDA objectives
- Builds the Aquavista brand, reputation and awareness of all business products through management of a wide variety of marketing channels and customer touchpoints
- Enhances customer experience through communication and engagement which is clear, concise, consistent, factually accurate and reflective of brand values
- Utilise digital presence to build positive brand sentiment and awareness, and generate leads, conversion and engagement
Acting as champion of the brand, this role ensures consistency in brand delivery across all touchpoints online and on-site at our marinas; whilst also ensuring the business remains focused on the delivery of the Aquavista values, with the knowledge that our operational teams bring the brand to life.
We’re a people business, so managing relationships are key to the success of this role - internal and external stakeholders, agencies, and partners to deliver business and marketing objectives.
This role is a hybrid role with an expectation of a minimum of 2 days based at the Aquavista Support Centre, Sawley Waterside & Marina, Long Eaton. Must be able to travel to other marinas when required. The role reports into the Head of Brand & Marketing.
